Located in Sennori (SS), at 350 meters above sea level in the Romangia area, Agreste Natura covers 7 hectares of olive groves, orchards and vineyards on limestone soils exposed to the mistral wind. The estate focuses on transparency and on the recovery of local traditions through innovative projects.

Olive Tree Adoption & Crowdfunding
An initiative that allows customers to adopt an olive tree and follow the entire production process through photos and videos, up to the pressing stage, ensuring a healthy and fully traceable olive oil.

FRUFA Project
A project aimed at preserving and promoting ancient Sardinian fruit varieties (Pera Camusina, Mela Miali, Albicocca Busucciu), processed into juices and extra jams without preservatives, pectin or colorants, protecting them from disappearing within large-scale distribution.

Wines from the Territory

The winery interprets traditional grape varieties through distinctive techniques:

• Cipriota & Mamudu: Two expressions of Cannonau, vinified respectively as a white wine (a savory rosé style) and as a traditional red. 
• Babbuò: 100% Nebbiolo, aged in stainless steel. 
• Zipà: An ancestral sparkling wine made from Zirone and Pascale grapes, aimed at preserving lesser-known varieties. 
• Fraiugu: An orange wine from Vermentino, Moscato and Zirone Bianco, with long skin maceration. 

Agreste Natura is not only about production, but represents a direct connection between conscious consumers and the Sardinian landscape.
