Fabiani Winery was founded in 2014 by Luca, inspired by his experience in the Montalcino area and driven by the desire to continue his family’s tradition.

His deep connection to the land led him to explore biodynamic practices, embracing a natural approach that is reflected in his wines, with the aim of respecting old vineyards and focusing on quality.

For Luca, quality means diversity: working in the vineyard becomes a process of discovery, moving across different soils, altitudes and plots—many of which are not suited to mechanisation… but this is how his grandparents used to work.

Luca can rely on the constant support of his family, from pruning and tying (carefully overseen by his father Emilio) to the harvest, a shared and convivial moment with friends and relatives.

The cellar, instead, is his domain: manual punch-downs and no temperature control define an approach where human intervention is kept to a minimum.

A different kind of care is offered by his mother Fiorella, who warmly welcomes visitors with traditional dishes from the Maremma.
