Ilaria Addis

A very small, independent wine production—focused mainly on Vermentino—set among the granite hills of Luras.

This is a personal and evolving project, developed step by step to recover a small part of my grandparents’ vineyards: two hectares of 20–30 year-old vines, which I have been managing myself for several years without the use of chemical products (not even copper or sulphur), among natural ground cover, wild aromatic herbs and grazing sheep.

The approach is based on respect for the soil and aims to enhance biodiversity—not only in the vineyards, but also in the surrounding woodland and landscape.

Current production is around 3,000 bottles, mainly single-varietal Vermentino.
