Viticulture and winemaking carried out in full respect of nature. Artisanal wines made through spontaneous fermentation and without the addition of substances, except for small amounts of sulphites.
The result is wines rich in aromas, often complex and with good ageing potential, evolving even in the glass.
Our vineyard, planted in 2014–2015, covers 3 hectares in the countryside of Aglientu (northern Sardinia), in a hilly area at 480 metres above sea level. The Vermentino parcels are east-facing, while the larger part, exposed to the south-east, is dedicated to red varieties (Bovale Sardo, Cagnulari, Caricagiola, Cannonau, Monica and a small amount of Merlot) as well as the white varieties Arvesiniadu and Moscato.
Alongside Vermentino, we produce five additional wines, for a total of around 10,000 bottles, with a strong focus on lesser-known native grape varieties.
A note: the “outsider”, Merlot, is grown because our activity originally began in Ticino (Switzerland) as producers of Merlot DOC.
