Monte Mirabello

Monte Mirabello is a small village of 17 families in the municipality of Predappio, at nearly 600 metres above sea level.

A corner of the Romagna Apennines that endures, evolves and reinvents itself.

We cultivate 2.4 hectares of vineyards, partly on marl and sandstone soils surrounded by woods, and partly on silty soils formed by ancient landslides.

Up here, nature is not controlled, but listened to.
Snow, cold, floods, landslides—these are not enemies, but part of the landscape.

Monte Mirabello is also a small human cooperative, where strength comes from unity.
