The Quattro Elementi vineyard covers 2 hectares and is located in a hilly area about 4 km from the sea, on decomposed granite soils.
Vineyard practices include cover cropping and manual soil work. Treatments are limited to simple sulphur and copper sulphur.
Harvesting is carried out by hand, and fermentations are spontaneous, driven by indigenous yeasts.
The wines are not filtered.
