Tenute Rossini has always been committed to sustainable farming, inspired by the knowledge and experience gained from working with bees.

Our approach

• We promote the sustainable management of by-products and waste generated in the vineyard. Organic waste is reused through vermiculture to produce humus, which is then returned to the soil to improve its fertility and structure. 
• We support energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources in the winemaking process, reducing CO₂ emissions. 
• In packaging, we make responsible choices, using recycled and low-impact materials. 
• We adopt sustainable agronomic practices aimed at reducing—if not completely eliminating—the use of harmful chemical products, improving overall efficiency. 
• We raise bees, not only to produce Sardinian honey, but also to support pollination, contributing to a richer and more productive agricultural ecosystem. 

All this, and more, is expressed in our motto: “Cheret fattu cun amore” (done with love)
